These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the abv.myguestaccount.com/guest/egift website (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”). This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Artisanal Brewing Ventures (“Artisanal Brewing Ventures”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, in which case the terms “User”, “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not access and use the Website and Services. By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and Artisanal Brewing Ventures, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Website and Services.

Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Website and Services. By using the Website and Services and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
Adult content
Please be aware that there may be certain adult or mature content available on the Website. A warning will be shown to the User prior to adult content being displayed. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. eGift
The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.
The maximum value that can be loaded to any one eGift Card is 0.
eGift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold or redeemed for cash. Unused value on an eGift cannot be transferred to another eGift Card or other card. You may not use an eGift Card to purchase other eGift Cards.
You may not return or cancel an eGift Card once purchased. All Sales are final.
eGift Cards obtained from the Website are subject to the eGift Card providers' own terms and conditions. We will not accept liability if the recipient is unable to redeem an eGift Card within the validity period, or the goods or services provided in exchange for the eGift Card are not to the purchaser's or eGift recipient's satisfaction.
We will not be liable for any lost or stolen eGift Cards, damaged goods or unsatisfactory service received in redemption for an eGift Card. We may agree to replace an eGift Card if you can provide proof of purchase and the eGift Card has not been redeemed.
Changes and amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms related to the Website and Services at any time at our discretion. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We may also provide notice to you in other ways at our discretion, such as through the contact information you have provided.
An updated version of this Agreement will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Agreement unless otherwise specified.
