Return & Refund Policy

Courses, Masterclasses and Digital Downloads can't be refunded after 30 days from purchase.

By purchasing, you agree to the following:

You understand that this is a digital product, and no physical item will be shipped.
You waive your right to cancel once the download or access has started.
You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your device before purchase.
However, we understand that the purchase of digital products doesn't always go as planned. Refunds can be requested within 14 days from the purchase date. We evaluate each request individuallly.

Courses, Digital Products, Digital Downloads, Products Bundles, Webinars, Masterclasses and Courses on sale and any at a special offer price can't be refunded.

Mentoring and Coaching sessions have a Cancellation policy of 48 hours. Sessions cancelled without prior notice of 48 hours can't be refunded. Sessions can be rescheduled if the customer gives a 48 hours notice.
