Duplicate Purchase Policy: Because our products are digital and may provide immediate access, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that accidental duplicate purchases can happen.
If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital product more than once, you may request a refund for the duplicate charge only. This policy is intended to protect customers from honest duplicate-purchase mistakes. If we verify that a duplicate purchase occurred, we may refund the duplicate charge back to the original payment method. The original purchase will remain active and subject to all applicable license terms, access rules, and product policies.
Duplicate purchase refunds are limited to the duplicate charge only. We do not refund the original purchase under this clause.
As a courtesy, customers may receive up to one approved duplicate-purchase refund within a rolling 12-month period. This limit applies across our websites, brands, carts, checkout systems, storefronts, communities, and platforms when we are able to verify the duplicate purchase.

For purchases made through third-party marketplaces or platforms that control their own checkout and refund process, the customer may be required to follow that platform’s refund or support process.
Suspected abuse, chargeback misuse, account sharing, or attempts to use this policy to bypass our digital product terms may result in refusal of future refund requests, cancellation of duplicate access, limitation of future purchases, or termination of account privileges as permitted under our terms.
