Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 30 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product is defective
  • Product is not as described
  • Product must be unused
  • Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

Returns can be mailed to: 06853. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

Custom Tails

There are no returns for sizing or artistic design issues for tails made from customer-provided templates or those provided by All sizing and design is done by the customer and/or their commissioned artist and are not vetted by prior to printing. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that measurements, sizing of the tail template, and design satisfaction meets with their approval PRIOR to submitting a custom order. All templates are printed as submitted.

A detailed size chart has been provided for templates provided by and it the customers responsibility to review and measure to find the correct size prior to ordering. All sizes are given in US inches. It is our recommendation that the customer employ a seamstress or tailor to take detailed, accurate measurements prior to making a custom tail template or ordering a given size from our chart. is not responsible for incorrect, improper, or inaccurate measurements taken by the customer or worked into a custom design by an artist.

Issues of workmanship or printing will be handled on a case by case basis and may or may not be eligible for a refund at's sole discretion. Any tails returned for issues of workmanship are subject to resale to recoup cost of printing and fabric.
