Tickets are sold on our behalf by TicketSource for in-house events and on behalf of third parties hiring the venue. By using or visiting the TicketSource website, you agree to the TicketSource Terms and Conditions.
Tickets purchased for all events are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
If any of your parties are unwell and unable to attend a performance produced and performed by the Dilys Guite Players charity, please let the Box Office know before the performance begins by emailing boxoffice@lanterntheatre.org.uk. In these instances, we will happily offer an exchange for another performance date of the same event or transfer the tickets to another Dilys Guite Players production currently on sale.
Tickets purchased for events performed by external companies and hirers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged and we are unable to issue a voucher in these instances.
Tickets are non-transferable between Dilys Guite Players events and events performed by external companies and hirers.
In the event of a performance being cancelled or rescheduled, we will not be held responsible for any ancillary expenditure incurred, which includes (and is not limited to) travel, accommodation and food.
