Since the Website offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read service description before making a purchase.
Pre-Training Course Refunds
As per our Ts&Cs at the time of booking your fire safety training course, refunds or exchanges will be provided if requested no later than 31 working days prior to purchased course start date. No refunds will be given if requested within 31 days of the course start date or thereafter. To request a refund, email bookings@partb.co.uk with your booking reference or contact us by phone: 020 3935 6427.
