Group Classes & Programs
All sales for online classes and programs are final because this offer includes digital materials and access to live group sessions replays; no refunds, exchanges, or transfers are provided once your purchase is completed.
By registering, you acknowledge and agree that:
• The group classes or program you purchased include a combination of digital downloadable resources and live or recorded group calls
• Access to all materials is granted either immediately upon purchase or on the scheduled program start date
• Your purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable
• All sales are considered final

Individual Coaching Sessions (1:1)
Clients who purchase 1:1 coaching sessions must schedule their first session within 30 days of the purchase date.
Packages of up to 4 sessions must be used within 60 days of purchase (2 months).
Packages of 6 to 8 sessions must be used within 80 days of purchase (4 months).
After these timeframes:
• Unused sessions expire
• Sessions cannot be rescheduled or extended
• Sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable
