If the event does not take place or change date:

1) If the event does not take place, whatever the reason, all the money will be refunded. You can also choose to use the credit balance for another brand event.
2) If the event purchased by the customer changes the date or place of performance with respect to the original purchase date, the money will not be refunded. The credit balance will be available for any future event held by the brand on any other date.
3) The entry fee ticket for the event can be used by another person with prior request via mail. Depending on the type of event the company reserves the right to grant change.
