Live Online Group Coaching Sessions:
Group coaching sessions will take place weekly at the specified time. You will be notified of the dates and times of the coaching sessions and provided with the link to join the session via email at the start of the course.
Each session will be recorded and made available to students within the course platform for on-demand access. By attending the sessions, you consent to the recording and distribution of the session within the course platform.
Students are encouraged to submit their questions in advance to maximize the value of the group coaching sessions. If you are unable to attend a live session, you may submit your questions beforehand, and these will be addressed during the session. Coaching questions and notices of absence should be sent to admin@getorganizedgenie.com.
Each live coaching session will include a 15-minute grace period at the beginning. If no students join the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, and no prior notice of absence has been provided, the session may be cancelled at the instructor's discretion.
Support:
Students will receive email support during the 4 weeks of the course and throughout the 4-week follow-up period after the course has been completed. Support requests related to the Productivity FastTrack course content and materials should be submitted to admin@getorganizedgenie.com.
We will endeavor to respond to support requests within 48 business hours.
Refund Policy:
We are confident that you will benefit from the Productivity FastTrack Program, which is why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you start the course and decide that it’s not right for you, or if you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase, subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

Scheduling:
You may book a one-to-one coaching session through the Teachable Platform. Sessions are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be refunded.
Late Arrival Policy:
If you arrive late to a session, the session will end at the originally scheduled time. We are not obligated to extend the session or provide a refund for missed time.
No Recording Policy:
You may not record, reproduce, or distribute coaching sessions without prior written consent.
Confidentiality:

Rescheduling:
