Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can ask for a refund. If the period of 7 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Customer’s account must be in good standing
  • Service must not be used

If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Phoenix FX Refund policy

Once Phoenix has been activated on a broker account, you no longer qualify for a refund. Unused accounts or accidental purchases may be refunded by Skydeck, pending a review. Please contact Skydesk support for any inquiries for refunds or incorrect charges.

Online Shop

Due to the nature of customized products, we do not offer a return on orders placed. Defective products will be handled by our manufacturer and maybe exchanged under there policy.
