Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 14 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label. You will not need to pay for shipping.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
All products sold by Vollkit come with standard free warranty for 1 year or for a legally stipulated period, which ever is longer. Warranty applies to originally purchased items and can not be transferred to someone else other than the purchaser. For starting the warranty period, customer must download the Vollkit app and connect the Vollkit to the app and accept our warranty terms and conditions. Warranty starts from the day the kit is registered on the app. Warranty covers manufacturing defects in hardware and only for the products that are used as intended. Any misuse, experimentation and damage related to transport logistics etc is not covered. Refer to refund policy for transport related damages. In order to start the warranty claim, customer should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the app. Standard resolution process includes repair of the damaged component if possible and if not, replacement of the damaged component. Customer’s legal rights are not restricted with this policy.
