Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 14 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product is defective
  • Product is not as described
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Product must be unused
  • Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

Returns can be mailed to: Kotlarska 2, 31503 Kraków, Poland. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

Warranty Coverage

Volektra Technologies Sp z o o ("Seller") is committed to ensuring the quality and performance of Vollkit, a product we sell, and we stand behind our product with a one-year warranty ("Warranty"). This Warranty is applicable to the original purchaser ("Customer") and covers any defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

Warranty Duration

The Warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase of Vollkit.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

Coverage: This Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials, and workmanship issues that may arise during the Warranty period. It includes repair or replacement of defective parts or, at our discretion, replacement of the entire product.
Exclusions: This Warranty does not cover:
a. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, or improper installation.
b. Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.
c. Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.
d. Damage due to acts of nature, such as floods, fires, or earthquakes.
e. Any damage or loss of data, software, or other digital content.
Warranty Claim Process: If the Customer believes they have a valid Warranty claim, they must contact the Seller's customer support department within the Warranty period. The Customer will be required to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
Resolution: Upon receipt of the Warranty claim, the Seller will assess the claim and, if deemed valid, will provide one of the following resolutions:
a. Repair of the defective product.
b. Replacement of the defective parts or the entire product, as determined by the Seller.
c. Refund of the purchase price in the event that neither repair nor replacement is feasible.
Shipping Costs: If a return or replacement is required, the Customer may be responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the product to the Seller, and the Seller will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced product to the Customer.
Legally Stipulated Warranty: Any legally stipulated warranties or rights applicable in the jurisdiction where the product was purchased shall prevail over the terms of this Warranty Policy.
Limitations of Liability

In no event shall the Seller be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of Vollkit, even if the Seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of the Seller under this Warranty is limited to the purchase price paid by the Customer for Vollkit.

Governing Law

This Warranty is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product was purchased.

By purchasing Vollkit, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this one-year Warranty Policy. This Warranty is an integral part of the agreement between the Customer and Volektra Technologies Sp z o o for the purchase of Vollkit.

Deposit Refund Clause

This Deposit Refund Clause ("Clause") outlines the terms and conditions governing the refund of booking deposits for the purchase of Vollkit, a product sold by Volektra Technologies Sp z o o ("Seller"). By placing a booking for Vollkit, you ("Customer") agree to the following refund terms:

Booking Deposit: Customer shall pay a booking deposit to reserve the right to purchase Vollkit. The booking deposit amount will be communicated to the Customer at the time of booking.
Refundable Booking Deposit: The booking deposit is fully refundable to the Customer until the item is ready to be shipped. Notification of the product's readiness for shipping will be sent to the Customer via email along with a request for the balance amount.
Non-Refundable Booking Deposit: Once the product is deemed ready for shipment and the Customer is notified, the booking deposit becomes non-refundable. At this point, the booking deposit cannot be refunded to the Customer.
Return of Goods: After receiving the goods, the Customer may be eligible to return the Vollkit product in accordance with the Seller's refund policy, as communicated separately. The terms and conditions of the refund policy shall apply to any return requests initiated by the Customer after the receipt of goods.
Communication: All communication regarding the refund status, shipment readiness, and other relevant information will be primarily conducted via email. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that their provided email address is accurate and regularly checked.

By placing a booking for Vollkit and making the booking deposit, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Deposit Refund Clause. Any exceptions or modifications to this Clause must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

This Clause is an integral part of the agreement between the Customer and Volektra Technologies Sp z o o for the purchase of Vollkit.
