Acceptable use policy

This acceptable use policy (“Policy”) sets forth the general guidelines and acceptable and prohibited uses of the triggator.com website (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”). This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Triggator, LLC (“Triggator, LLC”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you are entering into this Policy on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Policy, in which case the terms “User”, “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, you must not accept this Policy and may not access and use the Website and Services. By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. You acknowledge that this Policy is a contract between you and Triggator, LLC, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Website and Services.

Prohibited activities and uses

You may not use the Website and Services to engage in activity that is illegal under applicable law, that is harmful to others, or that would subject us to liability, including, without limitation, in connection with any of the following, each of which is prohibited under this Policy:

• Collecting, or attempting to collect, personal information about third parties without their knowledge or consent.
• Threatening harm to persons or property or otherwise harassing behavior.
• Purchasing any of the offered Services on someone else’s behalf.

• Facilitating, aiding, or encouraging any of the above activities through the Website and Services.

System abuse

Any User in violation of the Website and Services security is subject to criminal and civil liability, as well as immediate account termination. Examples include, but are not limited to the following:

• Use or distribution of tools designed for compromising security of the Website and Services.
• Intentionally or negligently transmitting files containing a computer virus or corrupted data.
• Accessing another network without permission, including to probe or scan for vulnerabilities or breach security or authentication measures.

Security

You take full responsibility for maintaining reasonable security precautions for your account. You must protect the confidentiality of your login details, and you should change your password periodically.

Enforcement

We reserve our right to be the sole arbiter in determining the seriousness of each infringement and to immediately take corrective actions, including but not limited to:

Suspended and terminated User accounts due to violations will not be re-activated.

We reserve the right to take any and all additional actions we may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the Website and Services, and levying cancellation charges to cover our costs. In addition, we reserve at all times all rights and remedies available to us with respect to such activities at law or in equity.

AI features and permitted use

The Website and Services include artificial intelligence features, including an AI-powered coaching assistant ("Trig") and other AI-assisted tools (collectively, "AI Features"). The AI Features are made available to help you understand and manage your personal finances within the Triggator framework. By using the AI Features, you agree to the following additional terms.

Permitted use

You may use the AI Features solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes related to your own personal financial planning, budgeting, debt management, savings, and related personal finance topics supported by the Services. Permitted uses include, without limitation:

* Asking questions about your own spending plan, budget, savings goals, or debt payoff strategy within Triggator.
* Requesting explanations of Triggator concepts, features, or terminology.
* Requesting general personal finance education and coaching aligned with the Triggator methodology.

Prohibited use

You may not use the AI Features for any purpose other than those described above. In addition to the prohibited activities set forth elsewhere in this Policy, you may not:

* Use the AI Features for any purpose unrelated to personal finance or your own use of the Services.
* Use the AI Features to request, generate, or obtain professional, legal, tax, investment, accounting, medical, psychological, or other regulated advice.
* Use the AI Features to make decisions on behalf of any other person or entity, or to provide financial advice to any other person.
* Use the AI Features to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.
* Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, copy, or reconstruct the underlying models, prompts, system instructions, or training data of the AI Features.
* Attempt to manipulate, circumvent, jailbreak, or bypass any safety, content, or operational controls of the AI Features, including through prompt injection or similar techniques.
* Use the AI Features to generate or transmit spam, malware, or automated high-volume requests.
* Use output from the AI Features to train, fine-tune, or develop any competing artificial intelligence or machine learning model.
* Represent any output from the AI Features as having been generated by a human or as professional advice.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to monitor use of the AI Features, to rate-limit or restrict access, and to suspend or terminate your access to some or all AI Features if we determine that you have violated this section or that your use poses a risk to the Services, to us, or to other Users.

Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and agree that the AI Features rely on third-party large language model providers and that output is generated probabilistically. Output may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or misleading, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial decision. Your use of the AI Features is at your own risk and is further subject to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Policy or its terms related to the Website and Services at any time at our discretion. When we do, we will send you an email to notify you. We may also provide notice to you in other ways at our discretion, such as through the contact information you have provided.

An updated version of this Policy will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Policy unless otherwise specified.
