We understand that the purchase of digital products doesn't always go as planned. Refunds can be requested within 14 days from the purchase date if the product is faulty, if the downloaded file doesn't open or work as supposed to, we can't repair it or offer a replacement. In any other case, we aren't able to offer full refunds on our digital products.
Digital Products, Digital Downloads, Products Bundles, Webinars, Masterclasses and Courses on sale and any at a special offer price can't be refunded.
Mentoring and Coaching sessions have a Cancellation policy of 48 hours. Sessions cancelled without prior notice of 48 hours can't be refunded. Sessions can be rescheduled if the customer gives a 48 hours notice.
